We weren’t totally sure what to expect when we were asked to join family at a family day course, but it was so great (we drove out from Calgary to join)! It was the right amount of excellent information and humor and we came away feeling a lot better about our kids information on self defense and knowledge of what to look out for. I appreciated that Strangers were noted to more than likely be good but how to look out for bad strangers. I would definitely sign them up for other classes when the kids are visiting family in the area.
