Chris, our instructor was super nice, and great at teaching. He made my sister and I feel comfortable and have fun, while also getting the most of learning out of the course. We did the 2hr self defence class and it was a really great experience. To anybody considering this, 10/10 we would highly recommend! Thankyou!
