The course was fantastic and I truly wish every teenage girl I knew could take it! So much important and real information to keep these girls safe in our ever changing and sometimes scary world, gives me a little piece of mind my daughter has some tools in her tool box to protect herself and be more aware! And the fact they physically practice it is so important, most girls have never “fought” so knowing what it actually feels like is so important. Chris’s professional experience and knowledge brings so much more to this class.
