I highly recommend RHINO Tactical Defense. There were lots of games and times for practicing each defense technique. Coach Chris explained the content in a way all age groups could understand. My 10 year old left feeling empowered and I learned a lot from staying & observing. Sign your child up with a friend. This course is one of the best gifts you can give your child!
