The BEST self defence class. I participated in the blocking and striking class and it was SO informative. The two instructors are wonderful people who provided a wealth of knowledge and single handedly made me feel more confident about protecting myself as a young woman. Thank you thank you thank you!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
