Both my children (6 & 10) did this course Dec 16, 2023 and not only did they have so much fun they want to do it again. As a parent – mother, this was by far the best skilled self defence/awareness course we could have ever put them in at this age. Skills that not even their MuayThai and JiuJitsu classes teach them. I am so impressed that these kids learned skills that even adults struggle to put to use. Chris makes it fun yet delivers a very potent message to the kids. Absolutely recommend!
